Awaken the Rose Within is for women who want ongoing support with self-awareness, personal growth and reconnecting with themselves.
It is for you if you want to understand your thoughts, feelings, beliefs and patterns more clearly, explore what may be holding you back and develop practical ways to support yourself in everyday life.
Each month we focus on a different theme, giving you the opportunity to learn, reflect and try simple practices that you can use in your own life.
You don’t need to be going through a crisis or have a particular problem to solve. Sometimes you simply want dedicated time to understand yourself better and keep growing.

Inner work simply means taking time to look at what is happening within you. You are encouraged to notice what you think, feel and do, understand where it may come from and consider whether it is still helping you.

You can work through the monthly resources at your own pace and return to them whenever you need them.
Our Monthly Live Session
The live session gives us time to explore the month’s theme together.
There is space to reflect, ask questions, share experiences if you wish and take part in guided practices. You can join live or watch the replay when it suits you.

There is no pressure to keep up or do everything.
You can take what is useful to you, spend time with the areas that resonate and come back to the resources whenever you need them.

Payment and Cancellations – £33 Per Month
Your membership is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
What to expect when you cancel:
• Future Payments: Your cancellation stops all future charges immediately.
• Current Access: Your membership remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.
• Refunds: Payments already made are non-refundable.
• Expiry: Once your current billing period ends, you will lose access to all member resources and live group sessions.
