Maybe you’re over 40 and life has changed, your relationship may have ended. Your children may have left home , or you have experienced bereavement. Maybe you have had to start again, or you’ve simply reached a point where you know you can’t keep living the way you have been.
You might feel stuck, lost or disconnected from yourself. You may be repeating familiar patterns, carrying old beliefs, struggling to let go of the past or worrying about what the future holds.
Sometimes there isn’t one big problem. You just know something doesn’t feel right anymore.
