A 90-minute one to one experience for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves and understand what is holding them back.
Heart of the Rose is for women who feel stuck, disconnected, uncertain about what comes next or know that something in their life needs to change.
Perhaps you are going through a separation, divorce, loss or major life change. Maybe your children have left home, you are starting again, repeating old patterns or finding it difficult to move forward from the past.
This is a space to pause, look within and explore what is really going on beneath the surface without judgement and without having to have all the answers.
What happens in your session?
Your Heart of the Rose experience is completely tailored to you. There is no set process that I take every woman through because your experiences, needs and what you are ready to explore will be different.
Soul Blueprint
Your Soul Blueprint gives us an opportunity to explore your individual energy and the deeper themes that may be influencing your life, including your natural strengths, patterns and areas where you may be ready for growth.
It helps create a starting point for our work together and gives us insight into the areas that may need your attention.
Akashic Record Healing & Journey
Your Akashic Record Journey is a guided spiritual experience where we explore the deeper story and patterns connected to your life and experiences.
This can help bring awareness to beliefs, patterns or experiences that may still be influencing you, creating space for healing, understanding and a different way forward.
Inner Work
Inner work simply means taking time to look at what is happening within you.
We may explore your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, patterns, experiences and the way you respond to yourself and the world around you. The aim isn’t to dwell on the past, but to understand it so you can make different choices moving forward.
Intuitive Guidance
Throughout your session, I use intuitive guidance to help bring together what is emerging for you.
This may highlight something you need to acknowledge, let go of, understand or explore further.
Actionable Steps
This isn’t just about having a powerful experience and then going back to everyday life.
Together we identify simple, practical steps you can take after your session to support the changes you want to make and help you move forward.
Your Personal Support Pack
You will receive a personalised Personal Support Pack to take away with you.
This gives you resources, reflections and practical tools to continue supporting yourself after our session and integrate what came up for you.
You are not broken and you don’t need fixing.
Sometimes you simply need someone to hold the space while you find your way back to yourself.

Payment & Cancellation- £85- 90 Mins- Online Meet up- Via Teams
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Once payment is received, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and your teams online meet up invite will be sent to you.
We understand that plans change; if you need to rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Bookings are non-refundable, and cancellations or missed appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee.
